TEAM, like our parent organization, the New Jersey Education Association, is a diverse, democratic organization working to create an optimal environment to achieve excellence in public education in New Jersey.
The mission of TEAM is to advance and protect the rights, benefits, and interests of members, and promote a quality system of public education for all Morris School District students.
What We Do
MEMBER ADVOCACY
At TEAM: The Education Association of Morris, we are dedicated to supporting individuals through our various initiatives. We aim to preserve and improve the economic interests, working conditions, job security, and pensions of all members.
ENHANCING PUBLIC EDUCATION
With our mission always in mind, we work tirelessly to improve the lives of individuals within all areas of our school community. We are always trying to promote and deliver quality professional development for educators. Additionally, we aim to advance and support policies that enhance and enrich public education.
ORGANIZING
Through our initiatives, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need all over the school district. We work to strengthen the Association by maximizing membership, developing leadership, and supporting affiliates.

What is Red for Ed?
Red for Ed is grassroots movement started by parents and teachers as a way to stand up for Public Education. We are looking to raise awareness to push for more funding for public education, Chapter 78 relief and ESP rights, just to name a few!
We have had the honor of working with so many wonderful people here in the Morris School District. Here are the stories of our faculty and staff that have passed on too soon. They will forever be remembered as part of our MSD family. #WeAreMorristown
